“Winning a BALA award was an amazing experience for our team because it validated all our hard work and showed that as a contractor we can produce a world-class remodeling experience for our clients.”

Jay Cope, CEO, Semper Fi Custom Remodeling

“There is a lot of value in entering the BALA awards competition. A winning entry provides the opportunity for third-party endorsement of your hard work, and the tools and publicity supplied to BALA winners gives you a lifetime of promotional materials. The prestige associated with BALA can be leveraged to translate into new business with customers who value superior design and executions skills - exactly the kind of customers you want to work with!”

Bill Sanderson, Principal, Team WS

“Being named for Best in Region in the Pacific and a Platinum winner for Infill Community of the Year on SoHay, our project with Taylor Morrison and the city of Hayward, was an extremely rewarding moment. This transformational project has truly catalyzed development within South Hayward, and we believe the industry recognition BALA has given this project is inspiring other transformational projects across the United States, leading to the development of more revived and thriving, connected communities.”
